We at Heartland Roofing have been providing Insurance Assistance for our customers since owner Brad Neff started in the business back in 1995. Brad has been a Licensed Insurance Adjuster and has worked claims in the past for Farmers, State Farm, USAA, Fireman's Fund Insurance, Nationwide Insurance, and Citizens Property Insurance of Florida. This experience has equipped Brad to understand Insurance Claims and how Insurance Companies operate. We use the same estimating software that most insurance companies use, and we have experience in dealing with all local companies.
We want to be clear: most Insurance Companies are not out to cheat their customers, but adjusters are human. Human beings make mistakes or, sometimes, lack the experience to make the right decisions.
